Iskandar Nasirov Heads LUKOIL Overseas Kazakhstan Office

Kazakhstan, Astana, 26 March / Trend corr K. Konirova/ Iskandar Nasirov became the regional director of the LUKOIL Overseas Kazakhstan Office, the Astana-based Trend correspondent reported.

Nasirov was born in Sterlitamak ( Bashkiria) in 1971. In 1993, he graduated from the Ufa Oil University, faculty of development and exploitation of oil and gas fields. In 2004, he graduated from the Tumen State Oil and Gas University, faculty of management.

Since 1990 he was working as the assistant driller of the Povkhovsk drilling administration (Kogalim, Khanti-Mansiysk), since 1991 as the operator of the underground well repair, operator of oil and gas production, the production engineer, the head of workshops, the head of service, the deputy head of the Vatyeganneft oil and gas producing administration (Kogalim), since 2001 the deputy chief engineer of the Kogalimneftgaz LLC owned by the LUKOIL Overseas, since 2002 the head of the LUKOIL Overseas Production technology Research Administration, since 2004 the Director General of the LUKOIL Overseas Baku representation. Recently, he has been on probation period at the central office of the company ConocoPhillips ( Houston, USA).

Before the recent appointment he had been working as the Director of the LUKOIL Overseas on projects and assets.
