Kazakhstan plans to impose an individual tax on each natural-resources user, Kazakh Energy and Natural Resources Minister Sauat Minbayev told reporters.
"We will introduce a new decree to the government according to which we will have to apply the Tax Code to each natural-resources user," Minbayev said.
The minister added that the government will examine a draft decree to cut taxes on production at solid-resource fields next Friday.
The government plans to examine tax cuts on natural-resources production for oil fields next Tuesday.
