On Oct.8, Astana hosts the sixth meeting of the joint Kazakh-American Commission on Energy Partnership, the Kazakh Energy Ministry's press-service told Trend .
Kazakh Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Sauat Minbayev will represent Kazakhstan and US Deputy Secretary of Energy Daniel B. Poneman - the United States at the meeting.
A partnership agreement will be signed after the meeting.
