Turkmenistan auctions 450,000 tons of oil products

Turkmenistan auctioned 450,000 tons of oil products from the Turkmenbashi refinery, and refineries in the Saydi and Nayip gas-processing complex today at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange.

The country put as stock trades about 39,000 tons of liquefied gas, 60,000 tons of diesel fuel, 27,000 tons of aviation kerosene, 50,000 of gasoline A-92, 40,000 of gasoline A-80, 130,000 tons of masut and 20,000 tons of straight-run gasoline.

Last week at the auction of the national stock exchanges recorded 40 transactions worth $79 million. Companies from UK, UAE, Switzerland and Afghanistan bought fuel oil, aviation kerosene and liquefied gas.

The Commodity Exchange is a principal organ of state regulation of export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
