Iran launches 50 new CNG stations on Monday to increase the country's fuel supply capacity by more than 64,000 cubic meters per hour, IRNA quoted Managing Director of National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company Shahram Assadpour as saying.

It's predicted that Iran will increase the number of CNG stations to more than 2,000 by the end of the current solar year (started March 20, 2011).

The National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company has agreed to install moving gasoline stations in villages.

Installation of CNG stations across the country increased by 25 percent during the past three years.
