The tender committee of the Khazar consortium - consisting of Turkmenneft state concern and Mitro International Ltd., and operating in accordance with Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) terms in respect to the Khazar contract area (a field in Eastern Cheleken) - has extended the tender deadline to purchase electro-technical materials and equipment. The equipment will be used to construct a 0.4/0.22 kW transmission line and electrify OGPD "Khazarnebit" oil wells (Lot No.1):
The application submission deadline to participate in the tender is Oct.14, 2011. The deadline for submitting tender bids is Oct.31, 2011.
To participate in the tender of the Khazar consortium and obtain the terms of the tender before 6:00 p.m., local time, on the above-mentioned date, interested individuals are required to:
- pay the fee for participation in the tender. The fee costs $250. The amount is VAT free, in accordance with the terms of PSA and the Law of Turkmenistan on "Hydrocarbon Resources."
- Payment details: the branch of "Maitri International Limited, Turkmenistan, the foreign currency account TURKMENVNESHEKONOMBANK 7322-2243, the tax code 302341000023, correspondent account 200 543 901. Bank charges are paid at the applicant's expense.
- prepare a written request to participate in the tender (in any form).
