In 2012, JSC Bakielektrikshebeke (sale and distribution of electricity in Baku) purchased 8.55 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity from JSC Azerenergy (production and distribution of electricity in the regions of Azerbaijan), compared to about 8.21 billion kilowatt-hours in 2011, Bakielektrikshebeke told Trend on Monday.
In 2010, the total electricity purchased by JSC was amounted to 7.92 billion kilowatt-hours.
In 2012, JSC Bakielektrikshebeke on average paid 93.6 per cent electricity set by Azerenergy and about 92.2 per cent in 2011. In 2010, this figure was 96.2 per cent.
