"Bakielektrikshebeke" company (sale and distribution of electricity in Baku) bought over 6.37 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity from "Azerenergy" company (generation and distribution of electricity in the Azerbaijani regions) in January-September 2013 compared to 5.76 billion kilowatt-hours in January-August 2013, Bakielektrikshebeke told Trend on Tuesday.
"Bakielektrikshebeke" bought 8.55 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity in 2012 compared to about 8.21 billion kilowatt-hours in 2011. The purchased electricity volume totaled 7.92 billion kilowatt-hours in 2010.
"Bakielektrikshebeke" paid an average of about 94.6 percent of electricity supplied by "Azerenergy" in January-September 2013 compared to 94.34 percent in January-August 2013.
"Bakielektrikshebeke" paid an average of 93.6 percent of electricity supplied by "Azerenergy" in 2012 compared to about 92.2 percent in 2011. The figure hit 96.2 percent in 2010.
