The retail sales of motor gasoline and diesel fuel in Azerbaijan totaled 1.151 billion manat ($677) from January through July 2020, decreasing by 0.3 percent compared to the same period of 2019, Trend reports citing a report of the State Statistical Committee.
As reported, the mentioned indicator for 2019 was 1.155 billion manat ($679.4).
The share of sales of motor gasoline and diesel fuel in the total retail trade turnover of Azerbaijan reached 5.4 percent.
In the first seven months of this year, the total value of oil production in Azerbaijan amounted to 1.82 billion manat ($1.07 billion), which is 1.02 percent less compared to the same period of last year. At the same time, 715,900 tons of motor gasoline and 1.3 million tons of diesel fuel were produced in the country.
