Marketed gas production by members and observers of Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) has increased by 378 billion cubic meters since 2010, Trend reports with reference to GECF data.
The volume of marketed gas output by GECF stood at 1.336 trillion cubic meters in 2010, accounting for 41 percent of the total world marketed gas production of 3.262 trillion cubic meters.
In 2011, GECF countries produced 1.389 trillion cubic meters, raising this figure to 1,503 trillion cubic meters in 2012, further to 1.575 trillion cubic meters in 2013, 1.563 trillion cubic meters in 2014, 1.589 trillion cubic meters in 2015, 1.600 trillion cubic meters in 2016, 1.661 trillion cubic meters in 2017, 1.687 trillion cubic meters in 2018 and 1.714 trillion cubic meters in 2019.
World marketed gas production stood at 3.262 trillion cubic meters in 2010, 3.348 trillion cubic meters in 2011, 3.410 trillion cubic meters in 2012, 3.465 trillion cubic meters in 2013, 3.517 trillion cubic meters in 2014, 3.576 trillion cubic meters in 2015, 3.595 trillion cubic meters in 2016, 3.718 trillion cubic meters in 2017, 3.855 trillion cubic meters in 2018 and 3.960 trillion cubic meters in 2019.
