Azerbaijan’s SOCAR Petroleum launches several petrol stations in 2020

Azerbaijan’s SOCAR Petroleum CJSC, which sells oil products from 11 oil depots, commissioned 10 more new petrol stations in 2020, Trend reports with reference to the report of the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers for the last year.

The number of SOCAR Petroleum filling stations in 2020 reached 41.

Following the report, during the reporting period, 514 petrol stations of SOCAR and its subsidiaries operated in Switzerland, Ukraine, Romania, Georgia, Austria, and other countries.

SOCAR Petroleum CJSC was established on February 21, 2008, to manage the purchase and sale of oil products in Azerbaijan, as well as supply the oil products in accordance with international standards.

Six types of fuel are sold at the company's filling stations, namely, RON-95 Premium gasoline that meets environmental standards Euro-4, RON-92 (Euro-2), RON-98 Super (Euro-5), as well as liquefied gas (LPG) and diesel fuel.
