Azerbaijan exported over 132.9 tons of petroleum coke from January through May 2021, Trend reports with reference to the statistical report of the State Customs Committee (SCC).
According to the committee, in value terms, the export of petroleum coke amounted to $7.9 million.
At the same time, export of petroleum bitumen from Azerbaijan amounted to 58,361 tons, and in value terms – over $11 million.
In the reporting period, the share of petroleum bitumen in the total export of the country amounted to 0.11 percent, petroleum coke - 0.15 percent.
In the first 5 months of this year, the production of oil products in Azerbaijan amounted to 1.6 billion manat ($941 million), which is 3 percent more compared to the same period of last year.
