Turkmenistan’s 1H2021 oil product export to Belgium revealed

Belgium, including Luxembourg imported mineral fuels, mineral oils, and products of their distillation; bituminous substances; mineral waxes in the amount of over 180,142, Euros from Turkmenistan from January through June 2021, Eurostat told Trend.

Eurostat reports that the total volume of Turkmen oil products imported by Belgium (incl. Luxembourg) during the reporting period accounted for 1,099 tons.

It is noted that Belgium (incl. Luxembourg) in the first half of 2021 imported Turkmen oil products in February, April, May and June.

In particular, in February Belgium (incl. Luxembourg) imported 0,074 tons of Turkmen oil products worth 26,815 euros, in April – 0,236 tons worth 34,443 euros, in May – 0,589 tons worth 83,220 euros and in June 0,199 tons worth 35,664 euros.

According to Eurostat, the total import of oil products from Turkmenistan to European Union countries since the beginning of 2021 in value terms amounted to 4.6 million Euros.

It is noted that volume of oil products export Turkmenistan to EU in 1H2021 in physical terms accounted for 1,535 tons.

At the same time, the total import of oil products from European Union countries to Turkmenistan since the beginning of 2021 in value terms amounted to 204 million Euros.

It is noted that volume of oil products export from EU countries to Turkmenistan in 1H2021 in physical terms accounted for 510,063 tons.
