Uzbekneftegaz has drilled prospecting well No. 3 at the Urtabulak field, located in the Kashkadarya region, in the interval of 3,008 meters, Trend reports citing Uzbekneftegaz.
As a result of a comprehensive analysis of data obtained from well No. 3 of the Urtabulak field, a number of promising layers of oil and gas have been identified.
As a result of testing on the 18th layer of the well, it was possible to obtain a natural gas flow from it and to assess the prospects of this layer.
Currently, work continues on processing and researching all data in order to determine the deep underground parameters of the Urtabulak field, assess its production capabilities and determine the location of well No. 4.
