Czech Republic's petroleum oils import from Azerbaijan drop in value

The export of petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals, crude from Azerbaijan to the Czech Republic 381.428 million euros from January through October 2021, as compared to 425.558 million euros in the same period in 2020, Eurostat, statistical office of the EU, told Trend.

As such, the country’s imports of petroleum oils from Azerbaijan dropped by 10.36 percent year-on-year.

The Czech Republic didn’t import petroleum oils from Azerbaijan in January and February 2021.

The value of exports amounted to 35.624 million euros in March, 69.945 million euros in April, 66.450 million euros in May, 73.297 million euros in June, 11.373 million euros in July, 23.282 million euros in August, 58.027 million euros in September and 43.427 million euros in October.

In terms of volume, Azerbaijan exported 959,390 tons in March, 1.59 million tons in April, 159,084 tons in May, 1.68 million tons in June, 248,880 tons in July, 448,630 tons in August, 1.22 million tons in September and 859,830 tons in October.
