Iran's oil output up - OPEC

TEHRAN, Iran, April 13. The OPEC Monthly Oil Market Report in April shows a slight increase in Iran`s oil output since the beginning of the year, Trend reports citing OPEC monthly report published on the official website of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries.

Iran`s crude oil output raised by 47,000 barrels per day since the beginning of the year, higher by 7,000 barrels per day in March compared to February, the OPEC reported.

The OPEC report showed Iran's oil production in March 2022 reaches 2,546 mb/d, while the country`s oil output in 2020 and 2021 was about 1,991 mb/d and 2,392 mb/d, respectively.

According to secondary sources, total OPEC-13 crude oil production averaged 28.56 mb/d in March 2022, higher by 57,000 barrels per day m-o-m. Crude oil output increased mainly in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the UAE, while production in Libya, Nigeria and Congo declined.
