BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 3. The value of sales at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX), amounted to about 12.7 trillion rials (about $44 million), within October 29 through November 2, 2022, Trend reports citing the IRENEX.
In overall, 74,400 tons of hydrocarbon products worth over 8.16 trillion rials (about $28.2 million) were sold at the Iran Energy Exchange.
Moreover, about 18.4 million kilowatt-hours of electricity worth 13.8 billion rials (about $48,000) were sold at the IRENEX within the mentioned period.
At the same time, Standard Parallel Salaf (Islamic contract, similar to futures) documents worth 4.52 trillion rials (about $15.7 million) were also sold at the energy exchange.
The products at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) are sold under the SANA exchange rate.
The SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange offices, where the price of 1 euro is 285,040 rials, and the price of $1 is 288,753 rials.
