BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 9. Azerbaijan exported over 138.3 million tons of crude oil and petroleum products to Singapore from January through April 2023, which is 1.5 percent of the total export of raw materials from Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
Singapore did not import Azerbaijani oil in the same period last year.
The value of exports of Azerbaijani oil and petroleum products to Singapore amounted to over $87.7 million from January through April 2023.
Azerbaijan exported about 9.2 million tons of oil and petroleum products from January through April 2023, which is 2.6 percent less in comparison with the previous year (9.5 million tons).
The total value of oil exports amounted to more than $5.7 billion, which is 12.7 percent, or $829.5 million less compared to the period from January through April 2022.
