Azneftkimyamas Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) implements works on international standards introduction project at the organizations’ enterprises. The project is being implemented within the TACIS program, JSC told Trend.
For the moment the work on preparation of instructions for the project introduction has been performed, trainings on the API (American Petroleum Institute) standardization for
workers of the enterprises are conducted.
The project will cover initially 5 enterprises: the Baki Fehlesi machine-building factory, the Sabunchi Scientific-Production Union, Balahani and Sabayil machine-building factories, Sardarov machine-building factory. В"These enterprises have currently the ISO certificate and produce under the ISO monogram”, JSC noted.
The project’s main component is purchasing of the testing equipment by API standardization and the tender has been held in this framework. The equipment will be delivered either in late I quarter or in early II quarter of 2006.
The project’s cost is 500,000 euro, granted by TACIS and the length is 18 months.
