In February 2006 eight companies with participation of foreign capital continued oil production the onshore fields of Azerbaijan. Salyan Oil OC produced 25,000 tons of oil, or 8.3% down as compared to February 2005, KAOC OC 20,800 tons of oil (+11.6%), Shirvan Oil JV - 17,900 tons of oil (- 4.2%), Binagadi Oil OC - 6,700 tons of oil (+ 0.7%), Azgerneft JV - 5,200 tons of oil (+16.6%), Anshad Petrol - 3,500 tons of oil (+3.1%), AzSheng-Li OC - 0,460 tons of oil (+4.9%), GOC OC - 0,180 tons of oil (-27.9%).
In February eight companies with participation of foreign capital along with oil lifted associated and liquefied gas in the onshore fields of Azerbaijan. Anshad Petrol JV produced 3.2 million cu m of gas, or 2.2% more than February 2005, Salyan Oil OC 2.7 million cu m of gas (-38.8%), Shirvan Oil JV 1.4 million cu m of gas (+ 58.2%), Binagadi Oil OC 0.5 million cu m of gas (unchanged), GOC and KAOC 0.34 million cu m of gas each (-15.8%), Azgerneft JV produced 0.04 million cu m of gas (- 34.6%), AzSheng-Li 0.02 million cu m (-48.9%).
