Capital investments-2006 within ACG project (Phase 2 and 3) is mounting $1.698bn. Trend reports $713mln have been spent for this purpose from January 200 to date.
Azeri project is scheduled to consume $430mln during 2006, $253mln already spent. Phase 3 costs some $1,268mln, from which $460mln were spent from early 2006.
Bruce Luberty, vice-president, ACG project with BP, told journalists today that first oil from East Azeri is expected by the end of 2006. First oil from platform installed on depths of Guneshli is expected in 2Q2008.
In general, ACG project employs 10,400 people, from which 80% are Azerbaijanis.
