The feasibility study of Sangachal-Garadagh-Gajigabul gas pipeline required for gas reception in Azerigaz system, is about to complete in short, Trend reports quoting Nazim Samedzadeh, deputy chairman of AO.
Length of the new pipeline will make 68 km. Preliminary cost of the project is $45mln.
Samedzadeh said Azerigaz today is capable of receiving gas from Shah Deniz in amounts planned for the first phase, i.e. 10mln m3 a day. In 2007, Azerigaz will be able to receive the whole gas passed to Azerbaijan from Shah Deniz alongside petroleum gas from Azeri field.
