Binyamin Ben-Eliezer, Israeli Minister of Infrastructure, is taking part at solemn ceremony of commissioning of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline held July 13 in Ceyhan, trend reports with reference to Israeli mass media.

The minister will be accompanied by figures of Israeli economy, including chairman of Directors Board of oil refineries Ohed Marani and KAZA CEO Oren Shakhor.

Trend reports Israel already received the first test load of Azeri oil delivered to Ceyhan via BTC. At the moment it is checked whether to transport some oil in tanks to port Ashkelon and via KAZA pipeline to Eylat and further to East Asian markets, China and India.

Oil market players state Israels activity in studying economic feasibility of regular purchases of Azeri oil from Ceyhan. В"Israels current projects on exporting oil to Chinese and Indian markets is a kid of the overall project economics testingВ", they say.
