Marlen Asgarov, the Vice-President of Azerenerji JSC, has stated today that the prime cost of the generation of 1 KWatt/hour is about 0,04 manat.
According to him, the cost has been just 0,014 manat prior to the increase in wholesale price.
Despite the wholesale price of 1 KWatt/hour up to 0,052 manat and the transit tariff up to 0,03 manat put forward, the Tariff Council of the Country has approved them at the rate of 0,041 and 0,02 manat correspondingly.
