Sales of Georgian Herbia company to up

BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 4

By Tamilla Mammadova – Trend:

Sales of Georgian Herbia company will increase by about 30 percent-50 percent in 2020, said the company's founder Zurab Janelidze, Trend reports via Georgian media.

He said that Herbia's sales had almost doubled every year for four years and that this year the pandemic did not harm their operations.

"What we produce for the Georgian market is sold at the pace we have planned. This means that if we grow the first production, we increase the technologies needed for product processing. There is another great resource in the Georgian market to sell our products at the rate at which the sales volume grows. We think so because we are constantly studying the market. We observe the wishes and demand of consumers, and we satisfy it," explains Janelidze.

According to him, the company producing agro-food products is in constant development and expansion in terms of agro-cultural areas and production.

Meanwhile, Herbia launched a new product on sale a week ago with different types of pesto, ajika, and sauces.

More than 20 agro-food products of the company Herbia operating in the Tskaltubo Municipality are presented in packaged form in almost all network markets in Georgia. Today the company employs about 200 people.
