Bang & Olufsen Serenata by Samsung Goes Live

( Mobile ) - Bang & Olufsen is known for producing some crazy top-end audio equipment, but for this latest offering, they turned to Samsung for help. The two have teamed up previously to create the Serene cell phone and now they're reading to wow the world with another overpriced but decidedly elegant handset.

The Bang & Olufsen Serenata mobile phone is also known as the Samsung SGH-F310. A countdown website and live photos went live late yesterday, revealing the rather strange-looking handset. Naturally a very premium-minded phone, the Serenata comes equipped with 4GB of internal memory, a music player, and a display that is placed below the dial pad. It's upside down, just like the Serene.

In fact, there doesn't appear to be a conventional numeric keypad at all. There's a possibility that you can slide the phone upwards or downwards to reveal different controls, but at this time, we see no digits for dialing. Weird. We're sure it'll be expensive though.
