The Azerbaijani Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies on Reconstruction of ATE sum med up the results of tender on complete reconstruction of central ATE of Siyazan. The Turkish Karel won the tender, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies said.
Reconstruction of the country's telephone network is realized within the frames of State program on development of communication and information technologies in Azerbaijan (Electronic Azerbaijan), which was ratified by president Ilham Aliyev in October 2005.
Siyazan region is located 103km of Baku.
