Azerbaijan, Baku, 5 Dec / Trend / Azercell Telecom LLC continues to broaden roaming coverage area for non post-paid subscribers alongside with post-paid subscribers. From now on, SimSim subscribers will be able to use their phone numbers also in Italy and Belarus. Currently, Azercell Telecom LLC has joined to Camel service in 14 countries with 18 mobile network operators.
So far, pre-paid subscribers of Azercell Telecom LLC could benefit from roaming service in Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, United Arab Emirates, Moldova, Israel and Kazakhstan.
Azercell Telecom LLC started to offer RoamCELL service to pre-paid subscribers for the first time in Azerbaijan on July 2007. As a first step, this service has been realized with Turkcell operator in Turkey.
In order to activate RoamCELL service, you need just to dial *135*1#YES before leaving Azerbaijani borders.
Azercell Telecom, with 3.5mln of subscribers, is the largest GSM operator in Azerbaijan.
