The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers has injected supplements to the "Additional terms of licensing, depending on the types of activities requiring a special license" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' decision No. 174 dated Nov.7, 2002, the Cabinet of Ministers said.
Under the decision, to enforce the presidential decree on amendments to the list of activities requiring a special permit (license) and the amount of the state duties to be paid for a license, the following changes were made to paragraph 11:
1.1. to add the words "third-generation mobile communication (3G)" after the words "fast mail";
1.2. to add item 11.8 stipulating:
"11.8. to carry out activities in the field of 3G mobile communication services-:
11.8.1. data on stages of commissioning the network;
11.8.2. data on technical characteristics of equipment used in the network.
11.8.3. data on the types of services and on the coverage radius;
11.8.4. data on experience of setting up a pilot zone of 3G;
11.8.5. conclusion of the state commission on radio frequencies, corresponding to the designed paragraph 13 of the law "On perspective telecommunications plan on usage of the radio frequencies spectrum in the Azerbaijan Republic."
