Iran officially introduced its third mobile phone operator named RITEL in a ceremony in Tehran on Monday.
Iranian Mobile Communications Company run by Iranian Telecommunication Company, and MTN Irancell, which is a 49-percent owned by the South Africa-based MTN Group, are current national mobile operators in the country.
