Azerbaijan’s CRM Group IT company has launched the production of cartridges for print devices under Azerbaijan’s AzToner brand, Ramin Suleymanov, the company's chief executive officer, told Trend.
He said that the company plans to invest in the expansion of the production line in 2018, however, state support is required to achieve this goal.
"A number of state organizations have been provided with the test batch of cartridges and these organizations are pleased with them,” he said. “But unfortunately, we face certain difficulties in participation in tenders for public procurement."
“The issue is that the organizations disregard local products, however, by quality they are as good as foreign products,” he said. “Moreover, local products are cost-competitive and the final product can often cost the customer two times cheaper."
“There are great prospects in the export of AzToner cartridges to the markets of Turkey, Russia, Georgia,” Suleymanov added. “The company has a number of export contracts.”
