Azerbaijani Internet provider eyes to upgrade its services

The Azerbaijani Azeronline Internet provider plans to make tariffs for home Internet more attractive by increasing the speed in 2021, the press service of the Azeronline Ltd. told Trend.

According to the company, it is planned to conduct several campaigns related to Internet tariffs, both for new and existing customers.

“Some updates and optimization in the IPTV service are also planned this year,” the press service said.

Besides, the provider aims to expand the existing loyalty programs for its subscribers - home Internet and IPTV users, the company’s message said.

“Also, as always, we are actively expanding our network of optical and wireless Internet. In general, 2021 promises to be interesting and productive,” the company said.

The press service also noted that an increase in the volume of non-cash payments for Azeronline services was recorded in 2020 compared to 2019.

Thanks to a wide selection of payment methods, the company's clients did not experience any problems and difficulties with this, even during periods of tightened quarantine, when certain measures to restrict movement were applied, the message said.

“Azeronline's joint project with Azercell on paying for Azeronline services made it possible for Azercell subscribers to pay for the Internet from the balance of their number through the Azercell Kabinetim mobile application," the company said.

“At present, Azeronline provides services of connection to high-speed Internet networks with dedicated communication channels ADSL, FTTH. The scope of the provided Internet network has expanded and currently covers the entire territory of Azerbaijan (meaning the services of corporate and dedicated lines),” the company said.
