BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 3. Increased use of digital currencies globally will not affect the volatility of crypto assets, Olga Goncharova, Director of Governmental Relations in CIS for Binance, told Trend.
According to the director, crypto and digital currencies have different functions as well as have no effect on each other.
"I don't see any difficulties between digital and cryptocurrency. I believe they can coexist together and even complement each other. Currency issued by central banks provides confidence in the banking sector and the country, however, digital currencies provide confidence in blockchain technology," Goncharova said.
She pointed out that the digital currencies of central banks provide more financial stability and protection of the interests of customers and citizens.
