Moldcell ex-president, Halim Atesh appointed as a new head of Azercell, the head of the press-service at communication and IT ministry, Mushfig Amirov told Trend.
Azercell` s former director, Sardar Janogullari now will be a head of the similar structure in Kazakhstan.
Halim Atesh will be 4th president of Azercell, since the time it was founded.
Azercell refused to comment the situation to Trend.
