Azerbaijan, Baku / " / South Korea is prepared to assist Azerbaijan in developing a model of E-Government. A relevant Memorandum of Understanding on the development of the models of E-Government in Azerbaijan was signed on 23 April in Seoul, Yonhap reports. The Memorandum was signed by the Minister of Information and Communications of Korea, Rho Jun-Hyong and the Minister of Communications and Information Technology of Azerbaijan, Ali Abbasov. South Korea and Azerbaijan came to a conclusion regarding cooperation with regards to information technology and deliveries by opening ways for local companies to pass to central Asian countries.
