The Thai airline Thai AirAsia X will operate direct charter flights on Bangkog-Tbilisi route from December 28 of this year, Trend reports citing Tbilisi International Airport (TAV Georgia).
As reported, the charter flights will be carried out three times a week for three months on an Airbus 330.
Representatives of the airline held their first working meeting with management of TAV Georgia and the Civil Aviation Agency at the Tbilisi International Airport. The parties discussed the procedures necessary to follow to launch the flights.
Thai AirAsia X is a Thai low-fare airline headquartered and based at Don Mueang International Airport in Bangkok. It is a joint venture of AirAsia X from Malaysia and Thai AirAsia.
Thai Air Asia X has been operating in the aviation market since 2014.
