KAMAZ reveals info on its vehicle deliveries to Turkmenistan

BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 19

Russia's KAMAZ company will deliver 463 vehicles to Turkmenistan in 2021, the company's representative told Trend.

Back in 2019, Turkmenistan received 829 vehicles from KAMAZ, and 690 more is scheduled for 2020.

All the mentioned deliveries are part of the agreement signed between Turkmenautoulaglary State Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communications of Turkmenistan and KAMAZ for the supply of 1,982 vehicles in 2019-2021.

In addition, the company plans to supply K5 generation tractors to Turkmenistan. As of now, the country receives K3 and K4 generation tractors from KAMAZ.

Meanwhile, the company is going to open new modern service centers in some 4 regions of Turkmenistan.

Regarding the cooperation with the country, the company noted that Turkmen market allows to improve KAMAZ vehicles to the level of world leaders in the automotive industry.

“Taking into account the accomplished work and the goals set for development, we can only give the highest assessment of the bilateral cooperation between Turkmenistan and KAMAZ. We highly appreciate the trust placed in us and express gratitude for the opportunity to supply vehicles for the sectors of the national economy of Turkmenistan,” said the representative of the company.
