The volume of freight traffic between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan increased by 31 percent in 10M2021 and amounted to 13,600 TEU (twenty-foot equivalent unit), a subsidiary of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC - Azerbaijan’s ADY Container LLC told Trend.
According to the information, this figure amounted to 10,395 TEU in the same period last year.
It is noted that Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan are interested in increasing the transit of goods through international corridors.
