BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, January 11. Kyrgyzstan imported 33,830 bicycles from January through October 2023, which is 35 percent less than in the same period of 2022 (51,585 bicycles), Trend reports.
Data sourced from Kyrgyzstan’s State Statistical Committee shows that the value of the imports amounted to $1.278 million, declining by 20 percent compared to the first 10 months of 2022 ($1.602 million).

Kyrgyzstan’s foreign trade turnover amounted to $12.297 billion from January through October 2023, which is a 24.9-percent increase compared to the same period of 2022 ($9.845 billion).
Exports from Kyrgyzstan reached $2.443 billion during the 10 months, which is 29.6 percent higher than $1.885 billion recorded from January through October 2022.
Imports into Kyrgyzstan amounted to $9.854 billion during this period, increasing by 23.8 percent compared to the same period in 2022 ($7.959 billion).
