BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 27. The volume of loans issued to individuals in Uzbekistan from January through July 2022, reached 83 trillion soums ($7.6 billion), Trend reports citing the Uzbek Central Bank.
From the total volume of loans issued to individuals in the corresponding period, mortgage loans accounted for 41.4 trillion soums ($3.8 billion), microloans accounted for 16.3 trillion soums ($1.5 billion), consumer loans accounted for 12.5 trillion soums ($1.1 billion), loans for business development – 12.3 trillion soums ($1.1 billion)
At the same time, the volume of loans issued to legal entities from January through July 2022 reached 263.4 trillion soums ($24 billion).
