A military parade dedicated to Holy Protection Week was held in Iran today. Ballistic missiles and long-range missiles "Sahab", "Qadr F", "Siccil" and "Qalxanbalıgı" were demonstrated there. The "Qalxanbalıgı" missile is not fixed by radars, Iranian news agency MEHR reported.

The parade was held in front of the mausoleum of Iranian late supreme spiritual leader Ayatollah Khomeini.

The Holy Protection Week is marked annually in Iran in commemoration of the Iran-Iraq war, which began 30 years ago today. Military parades demonstrating military equipment are being held in Tehran and other cities this week.

The Iran-Iraq war began from the Iraqi army's attacks on the Iranian province of Khuzestan on September 22, 1980. The war ended by concluding a cease-fire agreement on August 20, 1988. The borders between the two countries remained unchanged.
