The main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) has surged 487.9 points or 0.57 percent, to end the trades at 85831.8 on Sep. 20.
According to the TSE official website, over one billion shares, valued at $86.5 million (2.9 trillion rials converted to US dollar according to official rate) were traded for the day.
The Price Index added 122.3 points or 0.44 percent to end at 27733.5.
The First Market grew by 429.7 points or 0.72 percent to post 59906.6.
The Second Market gained 591.7 points or 0.32 percent to stand at 188370.7.
The Industry Index was up 471.2 points or 0.63 percent to rest at 74823.5.
The TSE 30 Index has gained 32.8 points or 0.94 percent, to close at 3523.3.
The TSE 50 Index increased by 20.2 points or 0.6 percent, to end at 3394.7.
