Members of Ukraine’s delegation have arrived in Istanbul on Monday to take part in the upcoming talks with Russia, Turkey’s TV channel reported, Trend reports citing TASS.
According to the TV channel, a plane with the delegation landed at the Istanbul's Ataturk Airport.
