Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has arrived in New York, the United States.
State Minister & Deputy Prime Minister Nazim Ekren, State Minister Mehmet Simsek and Foreign Minister Ali Babacan are accompanying the prime minister, reported World Bulletin.
Erdogan is set to visit the Columbia University and deliver a speech there.
Following the conference, he will host a banquet at the Cipriani Restaurant to mark election of Turkey as non-permanent member to the United Nations Security Council.
Prime Minister Erdogan is expected to proceed to Washington D.C. later in the day.
