Turkish President Abdullah Gul received Prime Minister Karim Masimov of Kazakhstan in Istanbul on Wednesday, Anadolu Agency reported.
The closed-door meeting lasted for about half an hour.
Masimov is currently in Istanbul to attend the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Summit of Heads of State and Government on Thursday.
