A Cabinet reshuffle could take place at any time after Dec. 20, EU Minister Egemen Bagis said in a televised interview on Nov. 10 Hurriyet Daily News reported .
."This week intense work is ongoing in Parliament. The last budget meeting will take place on Dec. 20 and [a Cabinet reshuffle] might take place at any time after that meeting," Bagis told private news channel NTV.

"The prime minister will make a shuffle in the Cabinet in line with whatever Cabinet he wants to enter the election period with. He has the right to do so. There is only one person who knows about this issue and he is the prime minister," he added.
The EU minister also said he believed that Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan would not discuss the issue with anyone ahead of the announcement.
In the same interview, Bagis also voiced his hope that the removal of visas for Turkish citizens in Schengen countries would be completed within three years.
