From January through October 2019, the volume of Turkey's exports from Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir to Azerbaijan amounted to just over $891 million, Trend reports referring to the Turkish Trade Ministry.
According to the ministry, during the reported period, exports from Istanbul to Azerbaijan increased by 17.95 percent compared to the same period in 2018, and amounted to over $732.3 million.
From January through October 2019, exports from Ankara to Azerbaijan increased by 9.42 percent compared with the first 10 months of 2018, and slightly exceeded $104.7 million
According to the ministry, from January through October 2019, exports from Izmir to Azerbaijan increased by 5.30 percent, compared to the same period in 2018, and exceeded 53.9 million.
In October 2019, exports from these three cities to Azerbaijan exceeded $108.8 million.
According to the ministry, in October 2019, exports from Istanbul to Azerbaijan increased by 46.39 percent, compared to the same period in 2018, and amounted to over $95.3 million.
In October 2019, exports from Ankara to Azerbaijan decreased by 12.65 percent, compared to September 2018, and amounted to slightly over $8.2 million.
According to the ministry, in October 2019, exports from Izmir to Azerbaijan decreased by 9.94 percent, compared to October 2018, and amounted to slightly over $5.3 million.
From January through October 2019, in total, Turkey's exports to Azerbaijan increased by 7.53 percent, compared to the same period in 2018, and amounted to over $1.2 billion.
In October 2019, Turkey's exports to Azerbaijan increased by 25.43 percent, compared to October 2018, and amounted to just over $152.9 million.
Turkish exports grew by 1.60 percent in the first 10 months of 2019, compared with the figures for the same period in 2018, and amounted to just over $137 billion.
In October 2019, Turkish exports fell by 0.33 percent, compared to October 2018, having amounted to $15.2 billion.
