Export of cement from Turkey to the US increased by 44.1 percent from January through April 2021 compared to the same period of 2020, amounting to $185.1 million, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.
The export volume of cement from Turkey to the US increased by 107 percent in April 2021 compared to April 2020 and reached $54.7 million.
Turkey’s export of cement to the world markets increased by 23.5 percent from January through April 2021 compared to the same period of last year up to $1.4 billion.
Turkey exported cement worth $402.5 million in April 2021, which is by 74 percent more than in April 2020.
Turkey’s export of these products reached $4.02 billion over the past 12 months (April 2020 - April 2021).
