BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 15. Türkiye's exports of cement products to the US decreased 11.9 percent year-on-year to $165.5 million from January through March 2024, the statement of Türkiye's Trade Ministry said, Trend reports.
"Türkiye exported $57.5 million worth of cement products to the US in March this year, down 28.1 percent year-on-year," the statement of the ministry reads.
Meanwhile, Türkiye's exports of cement products to global markets fell 7.4 percent to $1.1 billion from January through March 2024, compared to the same month in 2023.
However, Türkiye exported $390 million worth of cement products in March this year, which was 11.1 percent less than in March last year.
To note, Türkiye exported cement products worth $4.5 billion in the last 12 months (from March 2023 through March 2024).
