The State Committee on Property Issues of Azerbaijan has approved a list of 15 e-services provided to legal entities and individuals, a statement of the State Property Committee said on Tuesday.
According to the statement, the list of e-services, approved by the State Committee includes registration of real estate, mortgage and leasing organization of real estate, electronic sale by auction of confiscated movable and immovable property, organization of effective management of state property, and others.
The services will be posted on e-emdk.gov.az. The resource provides electronic services for citizens on a single window. Currently the works are completed on integration in e-government (e-gov.az) portal of four interactive and three informative services of the State Committee, as well as on inclusion in the register of electronic services of 15 additional e-services.
The main objectives of the expansion of e-services are to ensure transparency in the process of registration of property rights, improving and simplifying access to services provided by the State Property Committee.
